Middle Creek Mustangs (Apex, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Green Hope Falcons (Cary, NC), 11-0 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 5-8 record. They take the field next when they host Panther Creek for a Southwest Wake 4A challenge on Tuesday, April 25. Middle Creek will face a Catamounts squad coming off a 11-3 league win over Apex Friendship (Apex, NC). The Catamounts record now stands at 13-3.

With the loss, Green Hope falls to 5-10 on the year. The Falcons host Cary (Cary, NC) to clash with the Imps in a Southwest Wake 4A game on Tuesday, April 25. The Imps come into the game with a record of 3-13. Cary lost 12-2 in their recent league game against Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC)
