The crowd at Friday's league match between the Hammond Central Red Devils (Hammond, NY) and the visiting Hermon-DeKalb Central Demons (DeKalb Junction, NY), saw Hammond Central's softball squad achieve victory over Hermon-DeKalb Central by a count of 12-2.
The Red Devils now sport a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Thousand Islands for a non-league match on Saturday, April 22.
With the loss, Hermon-DeKalb Central falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Demons travel to Edwards-Knox (Russell, NY) to face the Cougars in a Section 10 West match on Monday, April 24.
