The crowd at Friday's league match between the Kettle Run Cougars (Nokesville, VA) and the visiting Handley Judges (Winchester, VA), saw Kettle Run's softball squad achieve victory over Handley by a count of 20-0.

The Cougars now sport a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Millbrook for a Northwestern match on Tuesday, April 25. Kettle Run will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 20-10 league win over Liberty (Bealeton, VA). The Pioneers record now stands at 5-11.

With the loss, Handley falls to 0-13 on the campaign. The Judges host Berkeley Springs (Berkeley Springs, WV) to face the Indians in a non-league match on Monday, April 24. The Indians enter the match with a record of 12-12. Berkeley Springs won 10-7 in their recent non-league match against Pendleton County (Franklin, WV)
