Spectators at Friday's league match between the Loara Saxons (Anaheim, CA) and the visiting La Quinta Aztecs (Westminster, CA), witnessed Loara's softball squad tip La Quinta by a count of 7-3.

The Saxons now sport a 6-9 record. They play next when they travel to Rancho Alamitos for a Garden Grove match on Monday, April 24. Loara will face a Vaqueros squad coming off a 19-1 league loss to La Quinta (Westminster, CA). The Vaqueros record now stands at 2-13.

With the loss, La Quinta moves to 9-6 on the season. The Aztecs host Bolsa Grande (Garden Grove, CA) to face the Matadors in a Garden Grove match on Monday, April 24. The Matadors go into the match with a record of 4-11. Bolsa Grande lost 19-0 in their recent league battle against Los Amigos (Fountain Valley, CA)
