California High School Softball - Nipomo bounces Santa Maria

Nipomo Titans (Nipomo, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Santa Maria Saints (Santa Maria, CA), 11-1 in a league challenge.

The Titans now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Luis Obispo for a CCAA - Ocean challenge on Wednesday, April 26. Nipomo will face a Tigers squad coming off a 11-6 league win over Orcutt Academy (Orcutt, CA). The Tigers record now stands at 4-8.

With the loss, Santa Maria falls to 1-13 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Pioneer Valley (Santa Maria, CA) to face the Panthers in a CCAA - Ocean challenge on Tuesday, May 2. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 11-9.
