North Carolina High School Baseball - Highland Tech defeats Ashbrook

In Monday's non-league game, the host Highland Tech Rams baseball team scored a nice 9-1 victory over the Ashbrook Greenwave.
The Rams (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against North Gaston (Dallas, NC). The Wildcats go into the non-league challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, North Gaston gained a win over Huss (Gastonia, NC), 28-1, in a non-league challenge.
With the defeat, Ashbrook drops to 4-14 on the year. The Greenwave host South Point (Belmont, NC) to clash with the Red Raiders in a Big South 3A challenge on Tuesday, April 29. The Red Raiders go into the challenge with a record of 10-8. South Point lost 4-2 in their recent league challenge against North Gaston (Dallas, NC)
