The Concord Minutemen (Elkhart, IN) baseball got by the visiting NorthWood Panthers (Nappanee, IN), 8-7 in Monday's league challenge.

The Minutemen now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Plymouth for a Northern Lakes challenge on Wednesday, April 23. Concord will clash with a Pilgrims/Rockies team coming off a 8-7 league loss to Mishawaka (Mishawaka, IN). The Pilgrims/Rockies record now stands at 4-5.

With the defeat, NorthWood drops to 4-3 on the year. The Panthers travel to Northridge (Middlebury, IN) to clash with the Raiders in a Northern Lakes challenge on Wednesday, April 23. The Raiders go into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Northridge won 5-2 in their recent league challenge against Goshen (Goshen, IN)
