Colorado High School Baseball - Montezuma-Cortez wallops Pagosa Springs

In Monday's league game, the host Montezuma-Cortez Panthers baseball team scored a nice 15-5 win over the Pagosa Springs Pirates.

The Panthers (10-4) will now prepare for their game against Alamosa (Alamosa, CO). The Mean Moose go into the 3A Intermountain game with a 9-7 record. In their last game, Alamosa knocked off Pueblo Centennial (Pueblo, CO), 11-2, in a non-league game.

Next, the Pirates play the Cedaredge Bruins (Cedaredge, CO) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 25. Pagosa Springs will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Bruins go into the game with a 12-1 record after their 10-6 non-league win over Roaring Fork (Carbondale, CO).
