The crowd at Monday's league battle between the Mora Rangers/Rangerettes (Mora, NM) and the host Questa Wildcats (Questa, NM), saw Mora's baseball team gain a win over Questa by a tally of 17-13.
The Rangers/Rangerettes (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Questa (Questa, NM). The Wildcats enter the 2A District 5 battle with a 8-11 record. In their last battle, Questa held off Mesa Vista (Ojo Caliente, NM), 27-4, in a league battle.
Next, the Wildcats face the Mesa Vista Trojans (Ojo Caliente, NM) in a 2A District 5 battle, on Thursday, April 24. Questa will attempt to upgrade on its 6-11 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 1-9 record after their 10-6 league win over Penasco (Penasco, NM).
