Ohio High School Baseball - New Riegel defeats St. Joseph Central Catholic

In Monday's league game, the host New Riegel Blue Jackets baseball team scored a close 7-0 win over the St. Joseph Central Catholic Crimson Streaks.

The Blue Jackets (4-5) will now prepare for their game against Woodmore (Elmore, OH). The Wildcats go into the Sandusky Bay - River game with a 9-5 record. In their last game, Woodmore was overwhelmed by Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH), 4-2, in a league game.

Next, the Crimson Streaks play the St. Mary Central Catholic Panthers (Sandusky, OH) in a Sandusky Bay - River game, on Tuesday, April 22. St. Joseph Central Catholic will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 7-5 record after their 17-4 league win over Lakota (Kansas, OH).
