The Ponitz Career Tech Golden Panthers baseball team scored 19 runs and held the host Stivers School for the Arts Tigers to 5 in the Golden Panthers league win on Monday.

The Golden Panthers now hold a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Thurgood Marshall for a Dayton City test on Thursday, April 24. Ponitz Career Tech will play a Cougars team coming off a 21-3 league loss to Belmont (Dayton, OH). The Cougars record now stands at 0-4.

With the defeat, Stivers School for the Arts drops to 0-3 on the year. The Tigers travel to Trotwood-Madison (Trotwood, OH) to play the Rams in a Dayton City test on Thursday, April 24. The Rams go into the test with a record of 1-9. Trotwood-Madison lost 27-4 in their recent non-league contest against Springfield (Springfield, OH)
