The Holy Family Academy Padres (Phoenix, AZ) soccer overwhelmed the visiting Maricopa Institute of Technology Iron Eagles (Phoenix, AZ), 5-0 in Monday's league challenge.
The Padres now hold a 9-0 record. They play next when they host East Valley Athletes for Christ for a CAA D2 challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Holy Family Academy will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 7-0 non-league win over Mission Heights Prep (Casa Grande, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 4-5.
With the loss, Maricopa Institute of Technology moves to 4-7 on the year.
