The Sherwood Christian Academy Eagles soccer squad scored 7 points and held the host Southland Academy Raiders to 3 in the Eagles league victory on Monday.
The Eagles now hold a 11-4 record. They play next when they travel to Georgia Christian for a GIAA AA District 3 bout on Thursday, April 24. Sherwood Christian Academy will play a Generals squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Cook (Adel, GA). The Generals record now stands at 13-2.
With the loss, Southland Academy moves to 4-8 on the year. The Raiders host Tiftarea Academy (Chula, GA) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 22. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Tiftarea Academy won 4-2 in their recent league bout against Valwood (Valdosta, GA)
