New Mexico High School Baseball - Taos defeats Moriarty

The crowd at Monday's non-league battle between the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) and the visiting Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM), saw Taos's baseball team gain a win over Moriarty by a tally of 15-9.
The Tigers (2-6) will now prepare for their battle against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes enter the non-league battle with a 6-7 record. In their last battle, Pojoaque Valley was overwhelmed by Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 7-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Pintos face the Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Moriarty will attempt to upgrade on its 8-8 season record.
