In Monday's non-league match, the visiting Pickerington North Panthers softball team scored a nice 17-1 win over the Central Crossing Comets.
The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Grove City (Grove City, OH). The Greyhounds come into the non-league match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Grove City notched a victory over Westerville Central (Westerville, OH), 13-1, in a league match.
In their next game, the Comets battle the New Albany Eagles (New Albany, OH) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, April 23. Central Crossing will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 1-7 record after their 17-14 non-league win over Lincoln (Gahanna, OH).
