The Rio Rancho Rams softball team scored 18 runs and held the host La Cueva Bears to 3 in the Rams non-league win on Monday.

The Rams now sport a 17-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Rio Grande for a non-league battle on Monday, April 21. Rio Rancho will confront a Ravens team coming off a 15-11 non-league loss to West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Ravens record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, La Cueva moves to 8-5 on the season. The Bears host Cibola (Albuquerque, NM) to confront the Cougars in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 23. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 10-2. Cibola won 12-9 in their recent non-league battle against Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM)
