Rhode Island High School Lacrosse - Providence Country Day drops to Mt. Hope

April 21, 2025: Bristol, RI 02809

Mt. Hope Huskies (Bristol, RI) followers exited the stadium satisfied Monday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Providence Country Day Knights (East Providence, RI), 12-2 in a league game.

With the victory, Mt. Hope advances its record to 6-1 on the season. The Huskies travel to Lincoln (Lincoln, RI) to play the Lions in a Division 3 game on Thursday, April 24. The Lions come into the game with a record of 4-1. Lincoln won 15-2 in their recent league game against Burrillville (Harrisville, RI)

The Knights now sport a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Toll Gate for a Division 3 battle on Friday, April 25. Providence Country Day will encounter a Titans team coming off a 7-3 league loss to Narragansett (Narragansett, RI). The Titans record now stands at 2-4.
