In Monday's league match, the host Berkley Bears softball team scored a nice 21-12 victory over the Clawson Trojans.

The Bears (4-6) will now prepare for their match against Clarenceville (Livonia, MI). The Trojans go into the non-league match with a 1-4 record. In their last match, Clarenceville was routed by Plymouth Christian Academy (Canton, MI), 16-1, in a league match.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Center Line Panthers (Center Line, MI) in a Macomb Area - Silver match, on Tuesday, April 22. Clawson will attempt to better on its 8-2 season record. The Panthers go into the match with a 0-3 record after their 15-0 league loss to Lamphere (Madison Heights, MI).
