Pennsylvania High School Softball - Lake-Lehman bounces Berwick

The Lake-Lehman Knights softball team scored 8 runs and held the host Berwick Bulldogs to 2 in the Knights league win on Monday.

The Knights now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Holy Redeemer for a Wyoming Valley 4 battle on Wednesday, April 23. Lake-Lehman will encounter a Royals team coming off a 8-6 non-league loss to Wyoming Area (Exeter, PA). The Royals record now stands at 6-2.

With the loss, Berwick moves to 5-4 on the season. The Bulldogs host Hanover Area (Hanover Township, PA) to encounter the Hawkeyes in a Wyoming Valley 2 battle on Wednesday, April 23. The Hawkeyes come into the battle with a record of 4-8. Hanover Area won 17-8 in their recent non-league battle against MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA)
