The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA) and the visiting Waynesboro Indians (Waynesboro, PA), observed Big Spring's softball team notch a victory over Waynesboro by a tally of 17-7.

The Bulldogs (9-4) will now prepare for their bout against Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA). The Greyhounds go into the Mid-Penn - Colonial bout with a 8-5 record. In their last bout, Shippensburg gained a win over West Perry (Elliottsburg, PA), 8-7, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Indians battle the Northern York Polar Bears (Dillsburg, PA) in a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout, on Wednesday, April 23. Waynesboro will attempt to advance on its 5-6 season record. The Polar Bears go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 4-3 league loss to Boiling Springs (Boiling Springs, PA).
