In Monday's league match, the host Bradley Bears softball team scored a nice 15-0 victory over the Lafayette County Cougars.

The Bears (11-6) will now prepare for their match against Trinity Christian (Texarkana, AR). The Warriors go into the non-league match with a 1-8 record. In their last match, Trinity Christian was routed by Garrett Memorial Christian (Hope, AR), 13-5, in a league match.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Taylor Tigers (Taylor, AR) in a 1A Region 8 match, on Tuesday, April 22. Lafayette County will attempt to better on its 3-8 season record. The Tigers go into the match with a 12-3 record after their 14-3 non-league win over Carlisle (Carlisle, AR).
