New Jersey High School Softball - Calvary Christian bounces New Brunswick

The Calvary Christian Lions softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting New Brunswick Zebra to 5 in the Lions league win on Monday.
The Lions now possess a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Plainfield for a non-league battle on Tuesday, April 22. Calvary Christian will confront a Canucks team coming off a 17-1 non-league win over Perth Amboy Vo-Tech (Perth Amboy, NJ). The Canucks record now stands at 4-1.
With the loss, New Brunswick moves to 3-5 on the season. The Zebra host Somerset Tech (Bridgewater, NJ) to confront the Jaguars in a GMC - Silver battle on Wednesday, April 23. The Jaguars come into the battle with a record of 3-7. Somerset Tech lost 24-8 in their recent league battle against Dunellen (Dunellen, NJ)
