The Calvert Senecas triumphed over the host Old Fort Stockaders softball squad by a count of 15-1 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Senecas play the Liberty-Benton Eagles (Findlay, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 22. Calvert will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 10-3 record after their 18-8 league loss to Elmwood (Bloomdale, OH).

The Stockaders (1-10) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH). The Crimson Streaks enter the Sandusky Bay - River challenge with a 4-6 record. In their last challenge, St. Joseph Central Catholic overcame St. Mary Central Catholic (Sandusky, OH), 25-13, in a league challenge.
