With the triumph, East Peoria upgrades its record to 10-8 on the year. The Raiders host Morton (Morton, IL) to play the Potters in a Mid-Illini game on Wednesday, April 23. The Potters enter the game with a record of 2-12. Morton won 11-0 in their recent non-league game against Galesburg (Galesburg, IL)

The Railsplitters now own a 7-9 record. They play next when they travel to Normal University for a Central State Eight game on Wednesday, April 23. Lincoln will play a Pioneers squad coming off a 15-10 league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, IL). The Pioneers record now stands at 7-9.
