New York High School Softball - Glens Falls edges Schuylerville

In Monday's league match, the host Glens Falls Black Bears softball team scored a tight 3-1 victory over the Schuylerville Horses.
The Black Bears (5-3) will now prepare for their match against Broadalbin-Perth (Broadalbin, NY). The Patriots go into the Section 2 Foothills match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Broadalbin-Perth by Scotia-Glenville (Scotia, NY), 16-2, in a league match.
In their next game, the Horses battle the Amsterdam Rams (Amsterdam, NY) in a Section 2 Foothills match, on Wednesday, April 23. Schuylerville will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Rams go into the match with a 0-8 record after their 7-3 league loss to Hudson Falls (Hudson Falls, NY).
