Michigan High School Softball - Grand Ledge bounces Waverly

In Monday's league match, the visiting Grand Ledge Comets softball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Waverly Warriors.
The Comets (12-3) will now prepare for their match against Haslett (Haslett, MI). The Vikings go into the non-league match with a 1-5 record. In their last match, Haslett was routed by Fowlerville (Fowlerville, MI), 10-7, in a league match.
In their next game, the Warriors battle the Holt Rams (Holt, MI) in a Capital Area - Blue match, on Thursday, April 24. Waverly will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Rams go into the match with a 8-2 record after their 17-10 league win over Okemos (Okemos, MI).
