The St. Mary Gaels triumphed over the visiting Harrison Blue Tide softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Monday's league challenge.

Next, the Gaels meet the Butler Bulldogs (Butler, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 23. St. Mary will attempt to upgrade on its 6-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 21-0 league win over Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology (Paterson, NJ).

The Blue Tide (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Mary Help of Christians Academy (North Haledon, NJ). The Blue Jays enter the non-league challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, Mary Help of Christians Academy was routed by Saddle Brook (Saddle Brook, NJ), 12-9, in a league challenge.
