The Newaygo Lions (Newaygo, MI) softball routed the visiting Big Rapids Cardinals (Big Rapids, MI), 17-2 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Lions now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host White Cloud for a Central State Activities Association-Gold outing on Thursday, April 23.
