South Carolina High School Softball - Wren sneaks past Westside

The Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) softball nipped the visiting Westside Rams (Anderson, SC), 1-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

The Hurricanes now sport a 14-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Laurens for a AAAA Region 1 outing on Thursday, April 23. Wren will encounter a Raiders team coming off a 11-1 league loss to Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC). The Raiders record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, Westside moves to 14-6 on the season. The Rams host Emerald (Greenwood, SC) to encounter the Vikings in a AAAA Region 1 outing on Thursday, April 23.
