Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the Glendale Prep Academy Griffins (Glendale, AZ) and the visiting North Pointe Prep Falcons (Phoenix, AZ), saw Glendale Prep Academy's baseball squad knock off North Pointe Prep by a count of 14-8.

Coming up next, the Griffins play the Red Rock Scorpions (Sedona, AZ) in a 2A Central battle, on Friday, April 23. Glendale Prep Academy will attempt to move on its 2-8 season record. The Scorpions enter the battle with a 5-6 record after their 7-1 non-league loss to Williams (Williams, AZ).

The Falcons now possess a 2-12 record. They take the field next when they travel to Phoenix Country Day for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 24. North Pointe Prep will play a Eagles squad coming off a 24-4 league win over NFL Yet Academy (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 6-5.
