The Queen's Grant Stallions baseball team scored 28 runs and limited the host Sugar Creek Wildcats to 1 in the Stallions league victory on Friday.
The Stallions (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Carolina Royals (Charlotte, NC). The go into the non-league match with a 4-9 record. In their last match, Carolina Royals was overwhelmed by Hickory Grove Christian (Charlotte, NC), 6-0, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (0-9) will now prepare for their match against Carolina International (Concord, NC). The Comets go into the Metro Eight 1A match with a 2-11 record. In their last match, Carolina International gained a win over Mountain Island Day Community Charter (Charlotte, NC), 1-0, in a non-league match.
