The East Providence Townies volleyball team (East Providence, RI), was nudged 3-2 in Friday's league challenge with the host Pilgrim Patriots (Warwick, RI)

The Patriots (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Mount St. Charles Academy (Woonsocket, RI). The Mounties enter the Division 2 challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Mount St. Charles Academy nipped East Providence (East Providence, RI), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Townies encounter the Toll Gate Titans (Warwick, RI) in a Division 2 challenge, on Tuesday, April 26. East Providence will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Titans enter the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 3-2 league loss to Central (Providence, RI).
