The South Aiken Thoroughbreds (Aiken, SC) soccer bounced the visiting Midland Valley Mustangs (Graniteville, SC), 5-0 in Friday's league bout.
With the win, South Aiken moves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Thoroughbreds host Airport (West Columbia, SC) to battle the Eagles in a AAAA Region 5 bout on Tuesday, April 26. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 11-6.
In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Silver Bluff Bulldogs (Aiken, SC) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 26. Midland Valley will attempt to move on its 1-12 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 6-2 league win over Pelion (Pelion, SC).
