The James River Midlothian Rapids baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Midlothian Trojans to 2 in the Rapids non-league victory on Friday.

The Rapids (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Cosby (Midlothian, VA). The Titans go into the non-league match with a 4-3 record. In their last match, Cosby was overwhelmed by Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA), 12-7, in a non-league match.

The Trojans (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Manchester (Midlothian, VA). The Lancers go into the non-league match with a 7-3 record. In their last match, Manchester ran past Powhatan (Powhatan, VA), 7-3, in a non-league match.
