In Friday's league test, the host Holly Springs Golden Hawks lacrosse squad scored a tight 4-2 victory over the Apex Cougars.
The Golden Hawks now have a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they host Panther Creek for a test on Tuesday, April 26. Holly Springs will face a Catamounts squad coming off a 16-4 non-league loss to Green Level (Cary, NC). The Catamounts record now stands at 0-7.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) in a test, on Monday, April 25. Apex will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 10-3 league loss to Holly Springs (Holly Springs, NC).
