In Friday's league test, the visiting New Bern Bears lacrosse squad scored a tight 18-12 victory over the Jacksonville Cardinals.
The Bears now have a 11-5 record. They take the field next when they host Northside - Jacksonville for a Big East test on Monday, April 25. New Bern will face a Monarchs squad coming off a 7-1 league loss to J.H. Rose (Greenville, NC). The Monarchs record now stands at 1-6.
In their next game, the Cardinals face the J.H. Rose Rampants (Greenville, NC) in a Big East test, on Monday, April 25. Jacksonville will attempt to move on its 6-5 season record. The Rampants come into the test with a 5-7 record after their 7-1 league win over Northside - Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC).
