Kentucky High School Softball - Carlisle County holds off Murray

April 22, 2022: Bardwell, KY 42023

The Carlisle County Comets (Bardwell, KY) softball the visiting Murray Tigers (Murray, KY), 2-0 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Comets (8-7) will now prepare for their bout against Hickman County (Clinton, KY). The Falcons go into the District 1 bout with a 4-5 record. In their last bout, Hickman County by Lyon County (Eddyville, KY), 10-8, in a non-league bout.

The Tigers now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Marshall County for a District 4 bout on Monday, April 25. Murray will confront a Marshals squad coming off a 14-5 non-league loss to McCracken County (Paducah, KY). The Marshals record now stands at 11-7.
