In Friday's league contest, the Laughlin Cougars (Laughlin, NV) softball team overwhelmed the host Democracy Prep Agassi Campus Blue Knights (Las Vegas, NV), by a margin of 21-0.
With the triumph, Laughlin moves its record to 11-10 on the year. The Cougars host Lake Mead Academy (Henderson, NV) to play the Eagles in a 2A- Southern contest on Friday, April 29. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 6-6.
In their next game, the Blue Knights play the Needles Mustangs (Needles, CA) in a 2A- Southern contest, on Friday, April 29. Democracy Prep Agassi Campus will attempt to improve on its 0-9 season record.
