Georgetown G-Men (Georgetown, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting East Clinton Astros (Sabina, OH), 10-0 in a league challenge.

The G-Men now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lynchburg-Clay for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 23. Georgetown will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 14-0 league loss to Peebles (Peebles, OH). The Mustangs record now stands at 1-6.

With the loss, East Clinton falls to 1-7 on the campaign. The Astros host Blanchester (Blanchester, OH) to battle the Wildcats in a Southern Buckeye AA - National challenge on Monday, April 25. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a record of 4-4. Blanchester won 11-7 in their recent non-league challenge against Washington (Washington Courthouse, OH)
