California High School Softball - Hoover edged by Sunnyside

In Friday's league outing, the visiting Sunnyside Wildcats softball team scored a close 1-0 triumph over the Hoover Patriots.

With the triumph, Sunnyside moves its record to 7-11 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Reedley (Reedley, CA) to play the Pirates in a North Yosemite contest on Tuesday, April 26. The Pirates come into the contest with a record of 15-6. Reedley won 18-0 in their recent league contest against McLane (Fresno, CA)

In their next game, the Patriots play the Reedley Pirates (Reedley, CA) in a North Yosemite contest, on Friday, April 29. Hoover will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record.
