South Spartans (Torrance, CA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Lawndale Cardinals (Lawndale, CA), 7-0 in a league challenge.

The Spartans now own a 20-6 record. They take the field next when they host El Segundo for a Pioneer challenge on Monday, April 25.
