The Sparrows Point Pointers softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Towson Generals to 12 in the Pointers league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Sparrows Point improves its record to 3-6 on the year. The Pointers host Carver A&T (Towson, MD) to clash with the Wildcats in a Baltimore County 2 game on Monday, April 25. The Wildcats come into the game with a record of 6-0. Carver A&T won 15-1 in their recent league game against Hereford (Parkton, MD)

In their next game, the Generals clash with the Carver A&T Wildcats (Towson, MD) in a Baltimore County 2 game, on Wednesday, May 4. Towson will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
