Idaho High School Baseball - St. Maries loses to Orofino

The Orofino Maniacs the visiting St. Maries Lumberjacks baseball team by a tally of 7-4 in Saturday's league bout.

The Maniacs now hold a 11-4 record. They take the field next when they host Grangeville for a 2A Central Idaho bout on Tuesday, April 25. Orofino will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Kellogg (Kellogg, ID). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-9.

Next, the Lumberjacks face the Potlatch Loggers (Potlatch, ID) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 24. St. Maries will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Loggers enter the bout with a 4-4 record after their 14-4 league win over Genesee (Genesee, ID).
