The Willamette Wolverines baseball team (Eugene, OR), was overwhelmed 13-0 in Saturday's league outing with the visiting Sheldon Irish (Eugene, OR)
The Irish now hold a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Medford for a 6A Southwest outing on Tuesday, April 25. Sheldon will confront a Black Tornado team coming off a 3-0 league win over Roseburg (Roseburg, OR). The Black Tornado record now stands at 12-2.
Next, the Wolverines confront the South Eugene Axe (Eugene, OR) in a 6A Southwest outing, on Tuesday, April 25. Willamette will attempt to advance on its 4-13 season record. The Axe go into the outing with a 4-8 record after their 18-1 league loss to Roseburg (Roseburg, OR).
