Ohio High School Lacrosse - Riverside can't get by West Geauga

West Geauga Wolverines (Chesterland, OH) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH), 13-12 in a non-league battle.

The Wolverines now have a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orange for a Region 6 battle on Monday, April 24. West Geauga will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 16-11 league loss to Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH). The Lions record now stands at 1-4.

In their next game, the Beavers clash with the Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH) in a Region 6 battle, on Tuesday, April 25. Riverside will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Hilltoppers come into the battle with a 7-3 record after their 8-3 non-league loss to Revere (Richfield, OH).
