New Mexico High School Softball - Farmington can't hold off La Cueva

The La Cueva Bears softball team scored 10 runs and limited the visiting Farmington Scorpions to 9 in the Bears non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, La Cueva improves its record to 13-5 on the year. The Bears host Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league game on Saturday, April 29. The Golden Eagles come into the game with a record of 0-7.
In their next game, the Scorpions clash with the Piedra Vista Panthers (Farmington, NM) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 25. Farmington will attempt to improve on its 15-5 season record.
