Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Grand Ledge Comets (Grand Ledge, MI), 9-1 in a non-league challenge.

The Trojans now sport a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Traverse City West for a Big North challenge on Tuesday, April 25. Traverse City Central will face a Titans squad coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Hudsonville (Hudsonville, MI). The Titans record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Grand Ledge falls to 1-4 on the campaign. The Comets travel to Mason (Mason, MI) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 25. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a record of 0-1.
