The crowd at Saturday's league match between the Los Alamos Hilltoppers (Los Alamos, NM) and the host Moriarty Pintos (Moriarty, NM), saw Los Alamos's softball squad achieve victory over Moriarty by a count of 16-3.
The Hilltoppers now sport a 18-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moriarty for a 4A District 2 match on Saturday, April 22. Los Alamos will face a Pintos squad coming off a 12-7 league win over Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Pintos record now stands at 15-2.
With the loss, Moriarty falls to 15-4 on the campaign. The Pintos host Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM) to face the Hilltoppers in a 4A District 2 match on Saturday, April 22. The Hilltoppers enter the match with a record of 16-7. Los Alamos won 16-0 in their recent league match against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM)
