The Mount View Mustangs baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Maine Central Institute Huskies to 0 in the Mustangs league victory on Monday.
The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Deer Isle-Stonington (Deer Isle, ME). The Mariners go into the non-league match with a 1-1 record. In their last match, Deer Isle-Stonington was overwhelmed by Mattanawcook (Lincoln, ME), 5-2, in a non-league match.
The Huskies (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Winslow (Winslow, ME). The Black Raiders go into the non-league match with a 0-3 record. In their last match, Winslow was overwhelmed by Oceanside (Rockland, ME), 15-1, in a league match.
