In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Monticello Mustangs soccer squad scored a close 4-0 triumph over the Fluvanna County Flying Flucos.
The Mustangs (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Goochland (Goochland, VA). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Goochland nudged Louisa County (Mineral, VA), 6-1, in a non-league battle.
